Lifelores assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards and/or debit cards by the User, whether online or offline.

Lifelores may change or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. 9) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

The Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the applicable laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles. Courts in Delhi, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, or in relation to, or under, the terms of this Privacy Policy.
